As a proven Silicon Valley technology leader, Frank has built and successfully sold multiple companies since 1999. After graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BSc degree in Computer Science in 1993, Frank has been involved in multiple industries from semiconductor, financial services, internet service provider, to telecommunication. In 1999, he co-founded internet service provider, Bay Junction Technology, Inc.. Under his leadership as a COO, the company’s profit and sales were both doubled in 18 months. In 2002, Bay Junction was acquired by Hypersurf Internet Services, Inc. After the 1st successful exit, Frank co-founded Packetel, Inc. in 2002, a fax-to-email service provider, where he served as President, COO, and Chairman of the Board, he grew the company and its operation to profitability by utilizing one of a kind customer prepaid method. He transformed the internet fax industry via the introduction of the industry first flat fee / unlimited incoming internet fax service, and Packetel became the top 3 internet fax service provider with more than 100,000 customers. In 2010, Packetel was acquired by Protus IP Solutions (now a subsidiary of Efax.)
Outside of Silicon Valley., Frank has also co-founded and served as the President of Codelocity Ltd. (Hong Kong), a software development company from 2004 to 2012, where he led the building of the engineering team and its operation as a subsidiary of Packetel. During 2007 to 2010, he also co-founded and served as the President of Codelocity (Su Zhou, China.), which was a subsidiary of Codelocity Ltd. (Hong Kong), a software quality assurance service company. Prior to joining Zyetric, Frank was the co-founder, COO, and Head of Engineering of Octopus Business Enterprise, Inc., a social networking mobile software company.
